Packaging and shipping costs
The shipping costs include packaging costs and depend on the volume of the order and the destination. 

Reuse of packaging materials
Our products may be delivered in a box of a different brand or article. Always unpack the order first to see if your order is packed in it. The production of cardboard consumes a lot of water, fuel, space in landfills and air pollution. We also buy leftovers (rejected boxes), so that they are still used and do not end up in the landfill.

Tracking the order
When we ship your package, we will send a link by e-mail containing a track and trace number so that you can track the package. The package is offered to you by our delivery service DPD a maximum of 3 times, after which the package will be returned to the sender. In case a package has to be sent again, the shipping costs must be paid again.

PO Box
We cannot ship to a PO Box.

Pick up shipments
Picking up an order in our warehouse is possible. The shipping costs will of course be canceled. Please contact info@gockel-cornhole.com for this. 

Delivery time
We produce all products ourselves and have a large stock. As soon as we have received the order, we will start immediately. We do our utmost to ship the items one day after receipt of payment. If the products are not in stock, this will be communicated with the expected delivery time. For personalized items we use a production time of +/- 2-3 working days.

Returns and exchange
“Sharing fun” is our top priority, which is why we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If, however, something goes wrong with your order, we have drawn up specific guidelines to make returning products simple and smooth.

  • Check your order immediately after receipt.
  • Do not throw away the box or packaging material until you have checked your order and are satisfied with the product you have received.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can exchange or return the product within 14 days of receipt. This is possible as long as the product is returned in new, unused condition.
  • Pack the product carefully in the original box including plastic protective corners to prevent damage!

All products that are returned according to the guidelines drawn up for this are eligible for a refund. Within 14 days of receipt of your products, we will credit the total purchase amount plus shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

The right of refund does not apply to personalized products. The sale is therefore final after successful payment.

Damage or incorrect delivery
In the event that your order is incorrect – damaged or defective, please contact us and we will send you the correct product, replacement product or parts replacement at no cost. For further instructions, please contact our customer service at info@gockel-cornhole.com.
